Avicenna Inter-medical Varsity Debate and Sports

On 26th of February 2011,UM has held the Avicenna Inter-medical Varsity Debate and Sports,consisting the participation from all medical schools in Malaysia.As the name suggested,it was debate and sports competition comprising of futsal and netball.Unisza also participated in the event and we sent a team of futsal from boys and girls and a netball team.There were 42 of us including 2 lecturers (not mentioning the 2 drivers who wiling to drive us there).

We left a day earlier and arrive at UM at about 2am (not sure about the time,just guessing),feeling so......
tired......
sleepy.....
tired again.....
need to sleep.....(yawning)
We have to walk to the 6th residential college which was quite far from where pakcik parked our bus,carrying big,big luggages(sincerely they were not that big,but i like to make it sound bombastic....hehehe).We could not appreciate the surrounding scenery as we were too tired and rather annoyed to take a far 'stroll' to the college in the raindrops.All in our mind was a good night sleep and rest before the competition tomorrow morning.

REGISTRATION!!!!!

Tengah meneliti pasukan MAHSA sambil merangka strategi.....huhuhu

We gathered at the dining hall of 6th residential college at 8 am with not enough sleep and feeling so disturbed and worried to see the tough body of players from MAHSA and UM futsal players.(i played futsal,did not care about netball players...hehehe).After the registration,we had brekfast and waited for the briefing.And we got t-shirts!!!!!Exclusive from UM (not sold in MYDIN and any other places...take note of that)

the debators of unisza...sincerely they were excellent!!!...i managed to see them after my competition (actually after we lost the game).There was Thinnakaren also who represented unisza in debate but in this picture were aina and akak wani only.

I did not know what happen to the boys futsal team and netball team because i played futsal for the girls team.But i dare to say that it was so tiring,having to play in 4 sets and altough we lost in all the 4 sets, we were happy to experience the moment of being hit by the ball,kicked by the opponents (ouch.... that hurts!!!!)...but still there was a sweet memory to remember..=) (i LOVE being beaten by the ball,2 days could not walk because of it<_>)

At about 7pm we were ready to 'blah' from UM....unfortunately we lost in all the competition...(chill guys!!!! next year we will win all the gold medals from all the competition....yeah!!!!!)..Although we did not bring back any medals,but the experience of making new friends,meeting old friends (i met my ex-classmates when i was in SAINA)...were more than enough for us...not mentioning how this tournament build our self-confident and teamwork between us...
